I am a Provisional Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in navigating life’s challenges and achieving positive change. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and non-judgemental, with a focus on building a safe and supportive therapeutic space. I have extensive experience working with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and learning difficulties. I also provide cognitive and psychological assessments to better understand individual needs and guide intervention planning. In addition, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. I utilise evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema-informed interventions. With children, I adopt a strength-based approach, focusing on their unique abilities and potential, while working collaboratively with parents, families, and educators to create nurturing environments for growth.
